Demo Unit Loan Agreement

The Demo Product Agreement between Mobile Mounting Solutions, Inc. (“Mobile Mounts”) and Customer (see below) defines the award by Mobile Mounts to Customer of the products listed in the attached Offering (“Product”) for the sole purpose of demonstrating and evaluating the Product. Customer hereby agrees that such Product Loan is subject to the following conditions: 2.) Mobile Mounts will lend the Product to Customer. The product will be shipped to the address indicated in the referenced offer at the expense of Mobile Mounts. The customer is responsible for shipping costs if he returns the product to Mobile Mounts at the end of the demo period. 1.) The product remains the property of Mobile Mounts and will be returned before the return date indicated below or upon request. 5.) The customer bears all risks of loss or damage to the product. 6.) To return the product, send us an email to RMA@mobilemounts.com to receive RMA instructions. 4.) The Product returned to Mobile Mounts must be in the same working and physical condition as at the time of delivery of the Product to the Customer. In order to avoid possible costs, the customer is required to comply with the following guidelines: 3.) The demo period begins when the customer receives the product. The product must be received by Mobile Mounts no later than the return date indicated below. If the product has not been received by Mobile Mounts on the date of return, Mobile Mounts will issue an invoice and the customer agrees to pay the amount indicated in the attached offer plus shipping costs.
