The Office of the State Comptroller may take steps to recover such debt in accordance with the law of the State; and f. the university may transfer my outstanding debts to an external collection agency for collection in accordance with federal and state law; I agree to reimburse the University for the fees of a collection agency, which may be based on a maximum percentage of 40% added to an outstanding balance or debt.
